Hi, I’m the hands, heart, and creative spark behind this brand. What began in my kitchen—blending teas for rest and ritual—has evolved into something far greater: a holistic lifestyle rooted in care, creativity, and community healing.
My journey started with handcrafted herbal tea blends inspired by my grandmother’s wisdom and reignited during the stillness of 2020. What began as a way to ease my own anxiety grew into a mission to help others slow down, connect, and heal. Each blend became more than just comfort in a cup—it became a small act of reclaiming wellness, community, and intention. Every ingredient I use is ethically sourced, sustainably grown, and chosen to align with my mission to revolutionize wellness through relaxation and ritual.
That same creative energy soon extended beyond tea. Back in 2019, as a passionate smoker, I couldn’t find rolling trays that reflected my personality—cool, functional, and artful. So I made my own. What started as a personal project turned into a collection of handcrafted smoke accessories designed to elevate everyday rituals through beauty and intention.
In 2023, my path deepened as I began studying massage therapy—a natural expansion of my belief that healing should be accessible, intentional, and embodied. I received my massage license in 2024, and in March of 2025, I traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to become certified in Reiki. Those experiences reconnected me to the roots of touch, energy, and balance, reshaping how I view wellness in the U.S.
My goal now is to help shift the conversation around massage and holistic care—away from seeing it as a luxury, and toward recognizing it as a vital part of whole-body wellness. I believe relaxation isn’t indulgence—it’s medicine. It’s how we reclaim our nervous systems, our creativity, and our peace.
Whether it’s a tea blend that soothes your soul, a smoke ritual that grounds you, or a massage that brings you back home to your body, everything I create is designed to make wellness more human, more holistic, and more accessible.
